A helping hand
Kate Adams
I’ve been a Graphic Designer for over 25 years, initially in the publishing industry in London, then setting up my own freelance graphic design business out of the stunning Bay of Plenty, NZ.
I enjoy the challenge of transforming a vague idea from a client into an effective and meaningful promotional tool for them - be it a logo, a brochure, corporate identity, a website or any other marketing media.
Where necessary, I work with independent photographers, illustrators and specialist web programmers to generate eye-catching and targeted campaigns to promote businesses and organisations.
I work with a small client-base to guarantee a one-to-one personal service. Clients can feel comfortable that their requirements will be observed and translated into an appropriately designed message.
I operate as a nomadic freelancer:
Have souped-up laptop - will travel !
I have worked for clients overseas and have spent time in the UK on a variety of contracts.
I'm not a nine-to-five person - I can work well beyond the call of duty if the job needs to get done, but if I have some spare time I love to head off into the bush or down to the beach.
